Mad Trucker 2 is the sequel to the famous and popular truck driving game Mad Trucker created by DwarfGames.com. A player has to drive a large red truck down a highway making pitstops to for such things as fast food or gas. They can also stop to repair their truck's engine as well and also crash police cars with rockets.

 There are four meters on the screen, each accounting for something different. One is for repair for the truck, another is for food, one is for gas and the largest is for speed. There is also a meter for how much money a player makes. The longer they survive without wrecking their truck, the more money they make. When a player crashes and burns they need to use the money to repair their truck or else the game is over.

How to play Mad Trucker 2? To control the big red truck, a player needs to use the arrow keys on their computer and to shoot the rockets they need to hit the space bar. The longer the player holds down the arrow key, the faster the truck will go. Letting go of the arrow key will allow the truck is slowly cruise, be aware that driving the truck too fast will crash and destroy it!
